Introduction to AVIPure® - COV2S: A High-Performance Affinity Resin for Recombinant COVID-19 Vaccines

AVIPure® - COV2S resin can be used as a simple, one-step purification for the majority of recombinant COVID-19 vaccines. The affinity ligand on the AVIPure® - COV2S resin is highly selective to the receptor binding domain (RBD) within the SARS-CoV-2 virus spike protein and the RBD is the central component within all recombinant COVID-19 vaccine developers’ strategies to elicit protective immune responses. In this webinar we demonstrate the use of AVIPure® - COV2S to selectively purify four different recombinant protein COVID-19 vaccine constructs, including large trimeric spike proteins, the smaller S1 protein, and other biologics containing the receptor binding domain.
